• Booking using one of the Flexible Rate options gives you a pre-applied 5% off the cost of your stay. We hope over time as more people use this the discount will go higher.
• The Flexible rate option lets you cancel your room for a FULL REFUND as long as you do it before midday on the day of the stay. (So before 12:00 on check in day or you can cut your stay short for a full refund of the remainder of your stay as long as it’s before 12:00 on the day.
• If you have any issues with the booking or the stay, you can email us and we can report your issue to our personal account manager who will address this themselves. No more call centre pass around or sending contact forms and waiting a week for a reply.
• You can use this booking system for ANY Travelodge booking in the UK, Ireland or Spain
